Vacation Bible School Mission Project:  Backpack Supplies

At VBS this year we will be providing backpacks for kids in need in our area. The last day of VBS’ Bottom Line is “When people need help-shine Jesus’ light.” Instead of doing a craft, our elementary kids will pack a backpack and make a card of encouragement for it for the recipient. If you would like to make a donation toward purchasing backpacks or supplies, you may do so using the memo “VBS Backpack Supplies” online or by cash or check. We will also be collecting the following backpack items that may be placed in bins in the CLC, Crossroads, and the DC: 100 -150 sheets of wide ruled notebook paper, #2 pencils, colored pencils, crayons, child size blunt scissors, glue sticks, cloth pencil pouches, and a 70 page spiral bound notebook.
